1 Weather Considerations:

We are unable to serve in anything more than light rain. Heavy winds or rain will result in postponing or canceling the event.

2 Reservation and Deposit:

To reserve our services, a deposit is required to ensure the date is secured. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable because it represents a commitment to our services and allows us to reserve the date exclusively for you

3 Final Payment

Final payment of the remaining balance can be paid cash or check

4 Final Head Count:

We kindly request the final head count one week prior to the event.

5 Space Requirements:

Please ensure a 10’ x 10’ level area to accommodate our tent and equipment.

6 Estimated Arrival:

Our team typically arrives 30 minutes to one hour prior to the event.

7 Service Duration and Cost:

Our service includes two hours, and any additional hours will be charged extra per hour.
